E-cigarette kits, tanks
, mods and batteries are all made up of different components and therefore each different part is subject to different warranty durations. You will find here a list of all of our warranty lengths for each product group below. This is in part due to the consumable nature of certain products that include disposable kits
, clearomizers and batteries.
- Vape Kits & Mods (That use external batteries)
All of our vape kits and mods (that use external batteries) come with a 6 month warranty starting from the date of purchase. If there is a problem with your Vape kit
or mod, please contact us. You may be required to send your device back to us for assessment. Wear and tear and accidental damage is not covered by this warranty. If the kit is damaged in anyway, your warranty will also be void. For each warranty claim, we will require your device to be returned to us with the original packaging.
- Batteries & Mods (Built in batteries)
Batteries and mods (built in batteries) have a limited life span depending on the users usage. A 60 day warranty period starts from the date of purchase. If damage is caused due to misuse or mishandling this warranty becomes void. If you think your battery is faulty within 60 days, please contact us to log the fault, we may require the faulty item to be sent back to us for assessment.
- Clearomizers, Atomizers, Pods & Tanks
Atomizers, Clearomizers, also known as coils
or heads. These are classed as consumable products and are not covered under warranty. However, if these products arrive faulty or dead on arrival and you notify us within 7 days. We may replace or refund at our own discretion.
Pods and tanks are also consumable products and are not covered under warranty. Some parts of tanks wear out over time no matter what brand or capability. These certain parts need to be maintained or often replaced to keep your product in good working order.
Pods and coils have a variable life span. This can range between 2-21 days, but this depends on the power, type of liquid and the usage.
are sold in sealed packs and are not covered under warranty. The only exception being if there is a manufacturing fault or a delivery error on our part. If you believe your product to have arrived faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Chargers, Charging Cables & Wall Adapter Plugs
Electronic chargers, charging cables, leads and adapters are all covered with a 12month warranty-as standard. Some brands do have longer manufacturer warranties where listed. If chargers, leads & adapters are deemed faulty due to mishandling or user error, the warranty will become void. If your product is faulty, please contact us to log the problem and you may need to send the faulty product back to us for assessment.
At any time we reserve the right to change our warranty conditions without prior notice. Please note our warranty conditions are not guarantees and do only cover manufacturing faults. We also reserve the right to reject any products returned to us that do not follow our warranty terms.
All warranties above will not be applicable for
- Any alteration or repair made by yourself or a third-party that is not authorised by us.
- Failure of you to carry out normal maintenance and upkeep of products including cleaning out connectors.
- Failure to follow instructions on how to operate your product correctly in accordance of instructions.
- Storing incorrectly, wilful damage or accidental negligence by you or a third party.
- Any other specification provided by you.
This does not affect your statuary rights in relation to any faulty or not as described products. You can receive advice about your legal rights by contacting your local citizens advice bureau or your local trading standards office.
- Damaged or Defective Goods.
If your product is damaged, defective, not as described or if an item is missing your order, please contact us within 48 hours on receiving your order. Any claims after 48 hours will not be accepted. Please do not throw away any products before reporting the issue to us, as we may require photographic evidence, serial numbers or request that you send the item back to us for assessment.
If defective items are sent back to us for assessment, our team will test and inspect the product and if found to be defective, we will either replace or refund within 30 days of purchase. If the product is no longer available, we will issue you a full refund including the postage costs if any. If you are to be refunded, all refunds are processed to the same payment method used with your original order.
If returned products are deemed not be defective or damage has been caused by fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, we will not issue a refund or replacement and you will be held liable for the postage fees in returning the product back to you.
Prior to returning a product please assist our team with as much information as possible about the reported problem, as we may ask you further questions or give recommendations on product usage to cut down on unnecessary returns.
You have the legal right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days from receiving your order. If you with to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team.
Your right to cancel under the consumer contracts regulations do not apply to the following products :
- Perishable, expire rapidly or liable to deteriorate
- Sealed products and not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
All products must be returned at your own expense (unless damaged or defective) within 14 days of received products.
E-cigarette kits, atomizers, clearomizers, replacement pods
and tanks are all oral based products. Once these products are used, they cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless defective.
E-Liquids are classed as perishable products and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. We may reduce the value of your refund if products are returned in a poor condition based on your handling of items.
These are your legal rights under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
