Fast & Efficiant delivery! Customer service was fantastic. Dealt with a person called Terry, who handled my issue with no problems at all. Unfortunately my delivery had been left out on the doorstep and clearly seen on the picture. after they had it investigated by royal mail, they not only replaced my small order, they also refunded it as a goodwill gesture. very pleased with the issue being resolved by mister vape. Great company to deal with, customer service was great when needed. i received a wrong delivery by the looks of it, someone has incorrectly sent my order out, contacted mister vape to let them know my order was incorrect and they replace the order without too manty questions.
