Why Do We Need To Verify Your Age?
It is illegal to sell vape products to anybody under the age of 18. We must make sure all customers who order from this website are age checked before an order is dispatched. Because online we cannot see your face, we have to age verify each new customer before dispatching the order. This is law since 2015.
How Does Age Verification Work?
When you first order from our website, we will check your name, date of birth and billing address using a third party verification provider. This is a very simple process that will try and match your details against official records. We use the electoral register or credit records to confirm your age.
You will only have to verify your age once, once verified your account will be marked as successfully verified and you will not have to go through the verification process again on future orders. The only time you may need to age verify again, if is you change your personal details, such as your address.
Around 95% of our customers are successfully verified in the background and requires no input from you at all. On some occassions we may not be able to verify your age, even if you are aged over 18.
For example, you have not updated your address with credit providers or you have recently moved house and not on the electoral register. Sometimes it could be that you have not entered your full name e.g; Mr B James, rather then Mr Bob James.
What Happens If My Age Can't Be Verified Automatically?
If we can't verify your age automatically, we will ask you to show us a form of official ID, so we can verify you are aged over 18, just as you would at a supermarket or bar.
If we need to ask for ID, we will send you a secure link, where you will be asked to take a photo of your identification and a selfie, so that we can match up the picture with the identification, to make sure that the ID is yours and not someone elses.
This only takes a minute to complete and can be completed by using any tablet, laptop or smartphone that has a camera.

We do not want anyone that is under the age of 18 or people who don't smoke to start using nicotine products. Vaping is intended for adults trying to quit smoking. The public health england state that vaping is 95% less harmful then smoking.
Age verification is in place to stop children from ordering vaping related products. All customers that make an order from this website will be age checked on there first order.
Does Age Verification Cost Me Anything?
No, age verification will not cost you anything to complete. It is our responsibility as a retailer to make sure age verification is completed before we dispatch an order.
